Appendices definition

Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.

Appendices means, with respect to any Related Document, all exhibits, schedules, annexes and other attachments thereto, or expressly identified thereto.

Appendices means the applicable appendix or appendices for Services as further defined in Section 2.1 below.

• This Agreement and its Appendices and Attachments attached hereto contain the entire understanding between the parties and supersede any prior understandings, agreements, proposals and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, whether such shall be oral or written.

• This Note and all of the Project Agreement and all Appendices thereto have been executed and delivered in the State of Ohio and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

• If there is a discrepancy or conflict between or among the terms and conditions of this cover agreement and the Appendices hereto, the terms and conditions of this cover agreement shall be given precedence over the Appendices, except as otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by the Parties.

Appendices means the documents specified at paragraph 11 of the Schedule, which forms part of this Agreement;

Appendices and “Appendix” shall have the respective meanings as set forth in the Recitals of this Statement.
