Appendices definition

Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.

Appendices means, with respect to any Related Document, all exhibits, schedules, annexes and other attachments thereto, or expressly identified thereto.

Appendices means the applicable appendix or appendices for Services as further defined in Section 2.1 below.

Examples of Appendices in a sentence

• This Agreement, including all Appendices and Schedules attached hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with reference to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings or agreements, oral or written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Appendices means the documents specified at paragraph 11 of the Schedule, which forms part of this Agreement;
