Incorporation of Clause in Subcontracts. The Contractor shall, where entering into any subcontract for the execution of any part of the Works, incorporate in such subcontract (by reference or otherwise) the provisions of sub clauses 4.36.5 and 4.36.6 in relation to Contractor's Equipment, Temporary Works or materials brought on to the Site by the Subcontractor and Employer shall be kept indemnified against any claim arising out of such sub-contractor.
