Common use of Incorporation of Proposal Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Proposal. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, the Contractor's proposal is hereby made a part of the Contract. The Contractor's proposal may be subject to public disclosure in accordance with the Authority's Freedom of Information Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, the Authority will not publicly disclose commercial or financial information contained in the proposal which the Contractor specifically designates as confidential and provides the Authority with specific reasons protection is necessary.
