Incorporation of Recitals; Certain Definitions. As used below, the "Property" means the "Property" as defined and described in the Trust Deed. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Trust Deed. The recitals are incorporated as part of the body of this instrument.
