Incorporation of Transmission Tariff. 1.1 Incorporation Of Transmission Tariff Into Agreement. The Transmission Tariff, including each and every constituent part, is incorporated into this Agency Agreement as though set forth herein in its entirety. In the event of any conflict between any provision of this Agency Agreement and the Transmission Tariff, the Transmission Tariff shall control.
