Incorrect Payments. To the extent any payment made to a Member is incorrectly paid, as determined by the Company’s financial statements, any Member who receives more than should have been paid to such Member shall promptly repay to the Company the amount of any such incorrect payment, and any such repaid amounts shall be applied, retained, or redistributed pursuant to the Agreement or as determined by the Board of Directors.
