INCREASE TO THE BASE NUMBER OF ASSISTED HOUSEHOLDS. In order to assist more Low-Income Households, CMHC may from time to time, subject to the availability of program budget, invite eligible Housing Providers to submit an application to increase the Base Number of Assisted Households in situations where there is a greater need for Rental Assistance. CMHC reserves the right and absolute discretion to modify or replace the content of this Schedule “B” at any time during the Term of the Agreement. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, failure by CMHC to enforce this right for any period shall not constitute a waiver thereof. For greater clarity regarding Part II of this Schedule “B”, please consult the Reference Guide. SCHEDULE “C” ACTION PLAN AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
