Increased Building Rentable Square Feet. If Landlord increases the Building’s rentable square feet after the Building was fully assessed as a completed and occupied unit and the Lease was signed, then the Operating Expenses and Real Estate Taxes attributable to the additional rentable square feet shall be included in the Operating Expenses and Real Estate Taxes and Tenant’s pro rata share shall be reduced using the same formula in paragraph 2.02(a)(i).
