Common use of Increased Costs Claims Clause in Contracts

Increased Costs Claims. A Finance Party intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 10.1 (Increased Costs) shall notify the Agent of the event giving rise to such claim, the amount of such claim and the basis for calculation of such amount, no later than 60 days of the credit department of its Facility Office becoming aware of such event, whereupon the Agent shall notify the Borrower thereof.
