Common use of Increased Income of HOPWA-Eligible Household During HOPWA Term Clause in Contracts

Increased Income of HOPWA-Eligible Household During HOPWA Term. If upon the annual certification of the income of a HOPWA-Eligible Household during the HOPWA Term, Borrower determines that the Tenant has an Adjusted Income exceeding the maximum qualifying income of an Extremely Low Income Household the Tenant may continue to occupy the Unit and Borrower shall continue to charge such Tenant Rent consistent with Section 2.2(a)(1) above. Borrower shall then rent the next available HOPWA- Assisted Unit to an Extremely Low Income Household that is also a HOPWA-Eligible Household, to comply with the requirements of Section 2.1(a)(1) above. Any Rent increase is subject to Section 2.3 above.
