HOPWA-Assisted Units. These requirements apply only to the one (1) HOPWA-Assisted Unit.
HOPWA-Assisted Units. During the HOPWA Term, Borrower shall cause two (2) Units to be rented to and occupied by or, if vacant, available for occupancy by, Extremely Low Income Households that are HOPWA-Eligible Households. The HOPWA- Assisted Units overlap with the HOME-Assisted Units such that the total number of Units assisted by the County equals fourteen (14) Units.
HOPWA-Assisted Units. (1) During the HOPWA Term, Borrower shall cause five (5) Units to be rented to and occupied by or, if vacant, available for occupancy by, Extremely Low Income Households which households are HOPWA-Eligible Households. Such Units are "Extremely Low Income Units".
HOPWA-Assisted Units. These requirements apply only to the five (5) HOPWA-Assisted Units.
