Common use of Increases in Insurance Premiums Clause in Contracts

Increases in Insurance Premiums. Tenant shall not do, or permit to be done, anything in or to the Premises, or keep anything in the Premises that increases the cost of any insurance maintained by Landlord. Tenant shall, upon demand, pay to Landlord any such increase in insurance premiums and any other costs incurred by Landlord as a result of the negligence, carelessness or willful action of Tenant or Tenant’s Visitors. To the best of Landlord’s actual knowledge, Landlord represents that the Permitted Use will not increase the cost of any insurance maintained by Landlord.
