Permits, Licenses and Authorizations. Tenant shall obtain, at its sole cost and expense, all permits, licenses or authorizations of any nature required in connection with the operation of Tenant’s business at the Premises.

Seller shall obtain and maintain all Permits necessary for the exercise of its rights and performance of Seller’s obligations under this Agreement, including any Permits required for production and manufacture of the Licensed Products in the Field, and the shipment of hazardous materials, as applicable.
