Incurrence of Senior Debt. So long as this Note is outstanding, the Company shall not, and the Company shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, directly or indirectly, incur or guarantee, assume or suffer to exist any Indebtedness which shall rank senior to the Notes other than Senior Debt or any indebtedness in connection with one or more working capital facilities secured by the Company’s assets; provided, that the aggregate of all such facilities shall not exceed $10 million (the “Future Permitted Senior Debt”).
