Indebtedness To and By Officers, Directors and Others. None of KML or any of its Subsidiaries is indebted to any of the officers, directors, consultants, or employees of KML or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective associates or affiliates or other parties not at arm’s length to KML or any of its Subsidiaries, except for amounts due as compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to KML.
Indebtedness To and By Officers, Directors and Others. None of the Harvest Parties is indebted to any of the directors, officers, employees or consultants or any of their respective associates or affiliates or other parties not at arm's length to any Harvest Party, except for amounts due as normal compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to any of the Harvest Parties.
Indebtedness To and By Officers, Directors and Others. None of the Viking Parties is indebted to any of the directors, officers, employees or consultants or any of their respective associates or affiliates or other parties not at arm's length to any Viking Party, except for amounts due as normal compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to any of the Viking Parties.

None of the Penn West Parties is indebted to any of the directors, officers, employees or consultants or any of their respective associates or affiliates or other parties not at arm’s length to any Penn West Party, except for amounts due as normal compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to any of the Penn West Parties.
Indebtedness To and By Officers, Directors and Others. None of the Petrofund Parties is indebted to any of the directors, officers, employees or consultants or any of their respective associates or affiliates or other parties not at arm’s length to any Petrofund Party, except for amounts due as normal compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to any of the Petrofund Parties.

None of PrimeWest and the PrimeWest Subsidiaries is indebted to any of the directors, officers, employees or consultants or any of their respective associates or affiliates or other parties not at arm's length to PrimeWest or any PrimeWest Subsidiary, except for amounts due as normal compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to any of PrimeWest and the PrimeWest Subsidiaries.

None of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is indebted to any of the officers, directors, consultants, or employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective associates or affiliates or other parties not at arm’s length to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, except for amounts due as compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to the Company.

Penn West is not indebted to any of the directors, officers, employees or consultants or any of their respective associates or affiliates or other parties not at arm's length to Penn West, except for amounts due as normal compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to Penn West.
Indebtedness To and By Officers, Directors and Others. Other than as disclosed in writing to Penn West in the Canetic Disclosure Letter, Canetic is not indebted to any of the directors, officers, employees or consultants or any of their respective associates or affiliates or other parties not at arm’s length to Canetic, except for amounts due as normal compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to Canetic.
Indebtedness To and By Officers, Directors and Others. Cenovus is not indebted to any of the directors, officers, employees or consultants of the members of the Cenovus Group, or any of their respective associates or affiliates, or other parties not at arm's length to Cenovus, except for amounts due as normal compensation or reimbursement of ordinary business expenses, nor is there any indebtedness owing by any such parties to Cenovus.
