INDEBTEDNESS TO COMPANY. The Stockholder is repaying any outstanding indebtedness he has to the Company, said repayment to take the form of LandCARE's withholding $90,557.22 at the Closing from the Cash Consideration and then immediately remitting same, on behalf of the Stockholder, to the Company.
INDEBTEDNESS TO COMPANY. If you owe any monies to the Company (loans, travel advances, etc.) you must make arrangements to settle this debt. You also must make arrangements to return your USF&G identification card and all other company property (such as keys, credit cards, equipment, and files) before your last day of employment.
