Common use of INDEMNIFICATION SURVIVES TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

INDEMNIFICATION SURVIVES TERMINATION. All indemnification and other provisions of this Agreement which benefit the Broker shall survive any termination of this agreement. The Owner agrees that if problems arise in the future and lawsuits are brought based on the Broker’s work, the Owner will pay for all legal fees and any related damages.
