Indemnification – Transmittal of Funds. The Association agrees to hold City harmless and indemnify the City against any claim, causes of action, or law suits arising out of the deduction or transmittal of such funds to the Association, except the failure of the City to transmit monies legally deducted from employees pursuant to this article to the Association.
