Indemnity for Inaccurate Information. 2.2.1 Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies SFP may otherwise have, the Customer shall indemnify, keep indemnified and hold harmless SFP against any and all liabilities, actions, claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by SFP as a result of or in connection with the Customer's US Persons status being inaccurate, outdated or untrue. Please note that references in this risk disclosure statement to “you” or “your” are references to the Customer and references to “we”, “our” or “us” are references to SFP.
