Indenture Definitions. All other capitalized terms that are used but not defined herein have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Indenture. Any modifications to such definitions which adversely affect the Credit Facility Secured Party under the Indenture after the date hereof shall not be effective under this Agreement without the consent of the Credit Facility Secured Party.
