Independent Auditor Authorized Signatories. 6.3.1 The Parties shall require the Independent Auditor to designate and notify to the GoS and the Concessionaire of the authorized representatives of the Independent Auditor that shall be authorized by the Independent Auditor to sign for and on behalf of the Independent Auditor, and any communication or document required to be signed by the Independent Auditor shall be valid and effective only if signed by such authorized signatories on behalf of the Independent Auditor; provided, that the Independent Auditor may, by notice in writing to the Parties, substitute any of the authorized signatories.
