Independent Legal and Tax Advice. Grantee acknowledges that the Company has advised Grantee to obtain independent legal and tax advice regarding the grant, holding, vesting and settlement of the RSUs in accordance with this Agreement and any disposition of any such Awards or the shares of Common Stock issued with respect thereto.
