Independent Legal Entity; Scope and Location. The Commission became a separate and independent governmental entity on the effective date of the Original Agreement pursuant to the provisions of that Agreement and the Interlocal Cooperation Act. The Commission shall continue its operation and existence pursuant to the provisions of the Original Agreement. The area for Commission study and action shall include the Jordan River Blueprint Study Area as defined in Article 1.
