Common use of Independent Reserve Engineer Clause in Contracts

Independent Reserve Engineer. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. (“Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx”), who has delivered the letter referred to in Section 8(g) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Partnership Parties.

Independent Reserve Engineer. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. (“Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx”), who has delivered the letter referred to in Section 8(g6(h) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Partnership Parties.

(“Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx”), whose report appears in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus and who has delivered the letter referred to in Section 8(g6(g) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Partnership Mid-Con Parties.

Independent Reserve Engineer. XxxxxxXxxxx Xxxxx Company, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. L.P. (“Xxxxxx XxxxxxxxxXxxxx Xxxxx”), whose report is incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus and who has delivered and will deliver the letter letters referred to in Section 8(g7(k) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Partnership PartiesCompany.
