Independent Reserve Engineers. Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. (“Xxxxx Xxxxx”), who has prepared the reserve reports and estimates of proved reserves disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, has represented to the Company that they are, and the Company believes them to be, independent reserve engineers with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries within the applicable rules and regulations adopted by the Commission and as required by the Securities Act for the periods set forth in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus.
Independent Reserve Engineers. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. has represented to the Company that they are, and the Company believes them to be, independent reserve engineers with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries and for the periods set forth in the General Disclosure Package.
Independent Reserve Engineers. Netherland, Xxxxxx and Associates, Inc., who have certified the reserve information of each of the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries and Vitruvian, are independent reserve engineers with respect to each of the Company and Vitruvian in accordance with guidelines established by the Commission.
Independent Reserve Engineers. Xxxxxx & Xxxxx, Ltd., the reserve engineers who prepared the reports upon which the estimates of the of the proved reserves of the Partnership Properties disclosed in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus were based, are independent petroleum engineers with respect to the Partnership Entities and for the periods set forth in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
Independent Reserve Engineers. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. (“CGA”), who has prepared the reserve reports and estimates of proved reserves disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, has represented to the Company and JEH LLC that they are, and the Company and JEH LLC believe them to be, independent reserve engineers with respect to the Company, JEH LLC and their respective subsidiaries within the applicable rules and regulations adopted by the Commission and as required by the Securities Act for the periods set forth in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus.
Independent Reserve Engineers. X.X. Xxxx and Associates, Inc., who have audited certain reserve reports of the Company and its subsidiaries have represented to the Company that they are, and the Company believes them to be independent reserve engineers with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries within the applicable rules and regulations adopted by the Commission and as required by the Securities Act for the periods set forth in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus.
Independent Reserve Engineers. (i) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. (“Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx”), who delivered the Updated Reserve Estimate of the Mine No. 4 and Mine No. 7 Properties Controlled by Warrior Met Coal Mining, LLC, Jefferson and Tuscaloosa Counties, Alabama, USA as of December 31, 2017 on February 13, 2018 (the “Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Study”) concerning estimates of the Company’s proven and probable coal reserves at Mine No. 4 and Mine No. 7, was, as of February 13, 2018, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent engineering firm with respect to the Company.
(ii) Norwest Corporation (“Norwest”), who delivered (A) the Warrior Met Coal BCE Reserve Statement as of December 31, 2016 on February 17, 2017 (the “Norwest Study”) concerning estimates of the Company’s proven and probable coal reserves at the Blue Creek Energy Mine (as defined in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package or the Prospectus) and (B) the letter, dated January 12, 2018, confirming that, as of such date, there have been no changes to the Norwest Study, was, as of January 12, 2018, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent engineering firm with respect to the Company.
(iii) XxXxxxx Engineering Corp. (“XxXxxxx” and together with Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Norwest, collectively, the “Reserve Engineers”), who delivered the Warrior Met Coal Estimate of SEC Qualified Surface Reserves as of December 31, 2017 Tuscaloosa, Walker, Blount, and Jefferson Counties, Alabama on January 26, 2018 (the “XxXxxxx Study” and together with the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Study and the Norwest Study, collectively, the “Reserve Studies”) concerning estimates of the Company’s proven and probable coal reserves at the Xxxxxx/Xxxxx’x Crossing Mine, the Panther 3 Mine, the Beltona East Mine, the Xxxxxx P-3986 Mine, the Xxxxxx Mine, the Xxxxxxxx Mine, the Xxxxxx Mine, the Xxxxxxx 8 Mine and the Xxxxx Mountain Mine (together, the “Other Mining Properties”), was, as of January 26, 2018, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent engineering firm with respect to the Company.
Independent Reserve Engineers. Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. (“Xxxxx Xxxxx”), who has prepared the reserve reports and estimates of proved reserves disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, has represented to Laredo LLC and Laredo Holdings that they are, and Laredo LLC and Laredo Holdings believe them to be, independent reserve engineers with respect to Laredo LLC, Laredo Holdings and their respective subsidiaries within the applicable rules and regulations adopted by the Commission and as required by the Securities Act for the periods set forth in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus.
Independent Reserve Engineers. Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. (“Xxxxx Xxxxx”), whose reports are referenced in the General Disclosure Package (collectively, the “Reserve Reports”) was, as of the date of each of the Reserve Reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent reserve engineer with respect to the Company. No information has come to the attention of the Company or, to the Company’s knowledge, to Xxxxx Xxxxx, that would reasonably be expected to cause Xxxxx Xxxxx to withdraw its Reserve Reports.
Independent Reserve Engineers. Xxxx International, Inc. (“Xxxx”), whose reserves and resource studies (the “Xxxx Studies”) related to the proven and probable coal reserves of the Company’s Berwind, RAM Mine, Xxxx Creek and Elk Creek properties are referenced in, or information from such studies appears in, as the case may be, in the General Disclosure Package was, as of February 18, 2021, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent engineering firm with respect to the Company. True Line, Inc. (“True Line”), whose reserves and resource studies (the “True Line Studies”) related to the proven and probable coal reserves of the Company’s Berwind, RAM Mine, Xxxx Creek and Elk Creek properties are referenced in, or information from such studies appears in, as the case may be, in the General Disclosure Package was, as of February 18, 2021, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent engineering firm with respect to the Company.
