Independent Technical Analyses for Development Applications. If the City needs technical expertise beyond the City’s internal resources to determine impacts of a Development Application such as for structures, bridges, water tanks, and other similar matters which are not required by the City’s Vested Laws to be certified by such experts as part of a Development Application, the City may engage such experts as City Consultants with the actual and reasonable costs being the responsibility of Applicant.
