Common use of Indication Clause in Contracts

Indication. If the content of this policy differs from the insurance request or the agreed clauses, the Policyholder may request that the Company rectifies the error within one month, starting from the date the policy is signed. If this period elapses without the Policyholder making such a request, the provisions of the policy will be followed. In any case, ARAG reserves the right to request the Insured to present of reasonable proof or documentary evidence for the purpose of completing the payment of the requested provision.
