Indirect Billings Sample Clauses

Indirect Billings. These are costs incurred by KCP&L to provide services 14 benefiting more than one business unit. These costs are billed to the business 15 units based on predefined allocation factors or the results of periodic allocation 16 studies. The allocation factors are determined based on a cost causative 17 relationship as well as in the aggregate by a general allocator of truly common 18 costs. KCP&L is aware that all costs are to be directly or indirectly charged to 19 GPE or its affiliates to the maximum extent possible. Common costs result from 20 residual costs that could not reasonably be directly or indirectly assigned. Refer 21 to Appendix 3 for a list of allocation factors and how the factors are calculated.
