Indirect Interconnection 3. 1.1 Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the Parties shall initially employ Indirect Interconnection between their networks for purposes of exchanging Local, EAS and ISP- Bound Traffic between Bresnan End User Customers located in the Exchange Areas listed in Exhibit 1, attached hereto, and UBET End User Customers.
