INDIVIDUAL CASE BASIS PRICING. 42.1. Individual Case Basis (ICB) pricing will be provided by Sprint upon request from the CLEC for customer specific rates or terms for network services and features for UNEs that are not otherwise provided for in this Agreement.
42.2. Sprint will process ICB Pricing requests upon receipt from the CLEC. Sprint will provide CLEC a price quote within thirty (30) business days from the receipt of the request. Price quote intervals may vary depending upon the complexity of the request but shall not exceed thirty (30) business days from the receipt of the request.

Price quote intervals may vary depending upon the complexity of the request but shall not exceed thirty (30) Business Days from the receipt of the request.

The BFR process in Section 52 must be followed in connection with such requests.

CenturyLink will provide CLEC a price quote within thirty (30) Business Days from the receipt of the request or will provide notification regarding the expected date for the quote. Price quote intervals may vary depending upon the complexity of the request.

43.2 Notwithstanding anything herein, CenturyLink will provide any requested elements required by Section 251 of the Telecom Act pursuant to FCC and Commission rules.

CenturyLink will provide CLEC a non-discriminatory price quote within thirty (30) Business Days from the receipt of the request. Price quote intervals may vary depending upon the complexity of the request but shall not exceed thirty (30) Business Days from the receipt of the request.
43.4 CenturyLink will provide pricing based upon cost criteria, if any, developed by the Commission and the FCC to the extent applicable.
43.5 If the Parties are unable to agree upon pricing developed pursuant to this Section 43, either Party may invoke the Dispute Resolution procedures herein.
