Common use of Individual Claims Only Clause in Contracts

Individual Claims Only. All disputes, claims or controversies subject to arbitration as set forth in this Agreement must be submitted to arbitration on an individual basis only and not as a representative, class and/or collective action proceeding on behalf of other individuals. Claims may not be joined or consolidated in arbitration with other disputes brought by or against another employee of the Company, unless agreed to by the parties.
