Individual Grievance. Subject to clause 19.5 and as provided in section 208 of the PSLRA, an employee is entitled to present a grievance in the manner prescribed in clause 19.10 if the employee feels aggrieved
(a) by the interpretation or application in respect of the employee, of
(i) a provision of a statute or regulation, or a by-law, direction or other instrument made or issued by the Council, dealing with terms and conditions of employment; or
(ii) a provision of a collective agreement or an arbitral award; or
(b) as a result of any other occurrence or matter affecting the employee’s terms and conditions of employment.
Individual Grievance a grievance alleging a violation of this Agreement affecting one employee. An individual grievance will commence at Step 1 of the grievance procedure.

Individual Grievance. Any dispute affecting one employee constitutes an individual grievance.
Individual Grievance a grievance relating to a particular teacher, launched by the Bargaining Unit on behalf of that teacher if requested to do so in writing by the teacher. The relief sought in the grievance shall relate to that person only.
Individual Grievance. If the grievance is not settled at Step 2 and the employee wishes to pursue the grievance to Step 3, the employee must file the grievance in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of the immediate supervisor's written response in Step 2 above. The Superintendent or his/her representative will review the grievance with the parties involved and provide a written statement of the disposition to the employee with a written copy to the Union, within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance.
Individual Grievance. 16 If the grievance is not settled at Step 2 and the Union believes the grievance to be valid, a 17 written statement of the grievance shall be submitted within ten (10) days to the District 18 Superintendent. After submission of the grievance, the parties will have ten (10) days to 19 meet to resolve the grievance. A written statement of the disposition shall be given to the 20 aggrieved and the Union within ten (10) days of the meeting. If an agreeable disposition 21 has been made, the aggrieved party shall terminate the grievance in writing within ten 22 (10) days.
Individual Grievance. A grievance shall be defined as any difference arising out of the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of this Agreement.
Individual Grievance. A grievance signed by an individual employee who has a complaint which has not been adjusted to his/her satisfaction by their immediate supervisor, it may be submitted as a formal grievance at step 1 of the grievance procedure within seven (7) working days following the decision of their immediate supervisor.
