Individual Client. Where the Client is an individual, he or she is either (a) not legally married or in a civil relationship in any relevant jurisdiction or (b) if legally married or in a civil relationship in a relevant jurisdiction, his or her spouse or civil partner is aware of his or her entry into and performance of obligations under the Transactions and this Agreement.
