Individual Constraint Calculation. For each constraint in an EIM Entity Area, the CAISO will calculate a convergence bid adjustment as the product of the 15- minute market shadow price and the lesser of (1) the flow contribution of convergence bids and (2) the flow contributions of all day-ahead energy and EIM base schedules less the flow contributions of 15-minute energy schedules, but not less than zero.
