Individual End-User Licenses. For Licenses intended for individual End Users (including Home Edition and Professional Individual Use Licenses), Your use is limited to use on one computer, workstation, terminal or device ("Computer") at a time. While a single licensed copy of the Software may be loaded or installed on more than one Computer, the Software is licensed and limited for a licensed copy to be used on only one Computer at a time and not concurrently on more than one Computer or by more than one user at a time. The License for Individual End-User License is for Your individual personal and non-commercial use (with a Home Edition License) or for internal business use in your company (with a Professional License). The Software may not be shared, installed or used concurrently on different Computers. To this extent the Program is used for internal business purposes, only one End User is authorized to use a Licensed copy of the Software at a time.

  • Vendor License to Use Customer hereby grants to Vendor a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use any Work Product solely as necessary to provide the Services to Customer.   • License Keys The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. You are responsible for the use of any License Key(s) assigned to you and must not share the License Key(s) with any third party. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.

  • Server License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on the number of Server(s) listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the Order Form, for the purposes of this license grant, you may install the Software on one (1) Machine as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server. The total count of Server(s) where the Software is installed must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the applicable Order Form(s).

  • License Key 2.5. The Application Software may include an embedded security system which if provided must be used together with a license key. The license key may limit the use of the Application Software to the applicable Use Level and prevent a single User from using more than one workstation at the same time and is valid for a certain period of time following which the license key must be renewed. Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.
