Internal Business Use definition

Internal Business Use means the internal business access and use of Product licensed hereunder solely by and for the direct benefit of Company specifically in connection with the security, protection, and/or integrity of Company’s systems, networks, devices, documents, emails, and/or other Company Data.

Internal Business Use means the internal business access and use of Cloud Services solely by and for the direct benefit of Company specifically in connection with the security, protection, and/or integrity of Company’s systems, networks, devices, documents, emails, and/or other Company Data.

Internal Business Use means activities carried out by You for Your internal business purposes, excluding acting as a service bureau, outsourcing, hosting or providing a managed service of the Security Software or Web Security Service for use by any third party other than Your Affiliates.

Examples of Internal Business Use in a sentence

• You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted herein) license to access the Font Software (i) only in a Licensed Unit, (ii) only for your Personal or Internal Business Use, and (iii) only subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

• Use of the Font So ware is limited to Personal or Internal Business Use only.

• Subject to these ELA Terms, ScanSafe and its suppliers grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the term specified in Section 3.4 to use the Cloud Web Security Service for Your Internal Business Use.

• Upon payment of all applicable Fees, Builder hereby grants Customer a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to the Building Blocks incorporated or used in the Customer Application, with the right to create derivative works of the Building Blocks for Internal Business Use.

• Subject to these ELA Terms, Cisco and its suppliers grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the term specified in Section 3.4 to use unlimited Object Code copies of the Security Software for Your Internal Business Use.

More Definitions of Internal Business Use

Internal Business Use means use of the Auto Care Licensed Property or the Derivative Works for use within the Subscriber’s business or organization by Authorized Users only, and expressly excludes commercial use.

Internal Business Use means the internal business access and use of the Building Blocks for the Customer Application, and does not include use of the Building Blocks to provide any kind of service/action/assistance or support to any third party, including using or offering any Building Blocks on a service bureau basis or application service provider basis, or sublicense or rent or loan any Building Blocks or otherwise make any Building Blocks available to any third-party.

Internal Business Use has the meaning set forth in the Climate Engine Master Services Agreement.

Internal Business Use means for internal use by Customer, or other authorized individuals acting for the benefit of Customer or its Affiliates. Customer is expressly prohibited from reselling Licensed Products or Derivative Works to any third-party.

Internal Business Use means that the Licensed Material only be licensed to and used by and for the benefit of Customer on computer hardware that is owned or operated by or on behalf of Customer and may not be used for the benefit of or in connection with any other person, corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other business entity.

Internal Business Use means the internal business access and use of SCC solely by and for the direct benefit of Company specifically in connection with the security, protection, and/or integrity of Company's systems, networks, devices, documents, emails, and/or other Company Data.

Internal Business Use means the internal business access and use of the Software solely by and for Your benefit (as you may determine).
