Individual Funding Source. Upon termination of OYA’s obligation to provide funding under this Agreement for Services in a particular area (Diversion or Basic), OYA shall have no further obligation to pay or disburse any funds to County under this Agreement for Services in that area. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OYA shall make payments to reimburse County for services provided prior to the effective date of termination where such services are authorized pursuant to this Agreement and are not disputed by OYA and where the invoice was submitted within 60 days of the termination of the Agreement.
