Company Stock Fund definition

Company Stock Fund means a hypothetical investment fund pursuant to which Deferred Stock Units are credited with respect to a portion of an Award subject to an Election, and thereafter until (i) the date of distribution or (ii) the effective date of a Diversification Election, to the extent a Diversification Election applies to such Deferred Stock Units, as applicable. The portion of a Grantee’s Account deemed invested in the Company Stock Fund shall be treated as if such portion of the Account were invested in hypothetical shares of Common Stock or Special Common Stock otherwise deliverable as Shares upon the Vesting Date associated with Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units, and all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to Common Stock or Special Common Stock were held uninvested in cash and credited with interest at the Applicable Interest Rate as of the next succeeding December 31 (to the extent the Account continues to be deemed credited in the form of Deferred Stock Units through such December 31).
Company Stock Fund means a hypothetical investment fund pursuant to which income, gains and losses are credited to a Participant's Account as if the Account, to the extent deemed invested in the Company Stock Fund, were invested in hypothetical shares of Company Stock, and all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to Company Stock were held uninvested in cash, and reinvested in additional hypothetical shares of Company Stock as of the next succeeding December 31 (to the extent the Account continues to be deemed invested in the Company Stock Fund through such December 31), based on the Fair Market Value for such December 31.
Company Stock Fund means the Investment Fund described in Section 5.3 (Special Company Stock Fund Provisions).

More Definitions of Company Stock Fund

Company Stock Fund means an Investment Fund consisting of Stock and cash, and administered in accordance with such rules regarding reinvestment of dividends and treatment of fractional shares as the Committee shall prescribe.

Except to the extent provided by Section 5.2(b)(i)(C) with respect to Section 16 Officers or by the Administrator with respect to Participants who are not Section 16 Officers, amounts credited to the Company Stock Fund may not thereafter be transferred to the Income Fund or another Other Investment Fund.
Company Stock Fund means the Investment Fund maintained to invest primarily in shares of Company Stock.
