Temporary Investment. To the extent practicable, the responsible Named Fiduciary will direct the Custodian to make temporary investments in a short-term interest fund of assets in an Account held pending a Trade Date.
Temporary Investment. LSF may temporarily invest any or all of the monies held in the Marketing Fund from time to time at the sole discretion of LSF in accordance with the Marketing Fund Policy. All interest or other income received from such investments will be used by LSF to pay for the expenses of administering the Marketing Fund pursuant to the Marketing Fund Policy. Interest or income received from temporary investments that exceed the reasonable expenses of administering the fund will be considered part of the Marketing Fund.

Temporary Investment. Moneys held by the Trustee which are not currently needed to make the payments required by Section 5 of this Agreement shall be invested as directed in writing by the Issuers (provided that the maturity date of any such investments shall not be later than the Redemption Date), and interest earned which is in excess of amounts needed to effect the redemption described herein shall be paid over to the Issuers.
