Individual Permits Required. Licensee will obtain City’s approval of required individual encroachment, construction, and other necessary permits before placing its Network Facilities in the Public ROW or other property of City as authorized. Licensee will pay all lawful processing, field marking, engineering, and inspection fees associated with the issuance of individual permits by City.
Individual Permits Required. Franchisee will obtain Municipality’s approval of required individual encroachment, construction, repair and maintenance of the Network Facilities and other necessary permits before placing its Network Facilities in the Public ROW or other property of Municipality as authorized. Franchisee will pay all lawful permit, processing, field marking, engineering, and inspection fees associated with the issuance of individual permits by Municipality.
Individual Permits Required. Licensee will obtain an excavation permit from the City and pay the appropriate fees to the City and obtain other necessary permits before placing its Network Facilities in the Public ROW or other property of City. Licensee will provide to City any information reasonably requested by City. Licensee will pay all lawful processing, field marking, engineering, and inspection fees associated with the issuance of individual permits by City.
Individual Permits Required. Subject to the requirements as described in Exhibit A hereto, Licensee will obtain City's approval of required individual encroachment, construction, excavation, and other necessary permits before placing its Network Facilities in the Public ROW or other property of City as authorized. Licensee will pay all lawful processing, field marking, engineering, and inspection fees associated with the issuance of individual permits by City. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and Exhibit A, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the parties.
