The Professional Employee is employed for contract days beginning on ending on . 2. The Professional Employee shall be subject to and abide by the Negotiated Agreement and the NCCC Board Policy. 3. If the Professional Employee provides written authorization to the Board by April 1, the balance of the Professional Employee's compensation shall be paid in one payment upon completion of all the Professional Employee's contractual obligations.
