Individual Program Planning. The Employer will ensure all necessary information and adequate training is provided to employees in regards to a resident’s personal file sheet or a “Who Am I?” for respite resident to assist employees in mitigating health and safety risks to themselves, their co-workers and the residents. Such information and training will be provided in a timely manner (without delay).
