Common use of Individual Trusts Clause in Contracts

Individual Trusts. With respect to each Trust, and unless expressly stated otherwise, the provisions of the Trust Documents will be interpreted as referring only to the Certificates of that Trust, the Holders of those Certificates and the Trust Fund related to that Trust.
