Common use of Individual’s Right to Access Clause in Contracts

Individual’s Right to Access. OSMI agrees to provide the subjects of PHI access to the subject’s PHI in accordance with the rights of access to PHI set forth in 42 CFR 164.524 and in accordance with any process mutually agreed upon by the parties. OSMI reserves to itself the rights set forth for covered entities in 42 CFR 164.524 with respect to the subject’s right to access to PHI.
