Acknowledgement and Publicity 1. The description “The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society” shall precede Grantee’s title or position in all relevant publications issued by the Sponsoring Institution during the period of this Grant. All news about the Grantee's research released by the Sponsoring Institution shall indicate that such research is being funded by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as follows: “Supported by an Award from The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.” Presentations or posters at major meetings must include the LLS logo in addition to this statement. The LLS logo is available upon request from XXXXxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND PUBLICITY 7.1 The Recipient shall acknowledge the Grant in its annual report and accounts, including an acknowledgement of the Funder as the source of the Grant.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PUBLICITY 9.1 Supplier will keep the existence, nature and the content of the Agreement, Accenture Data (as defined in Section 14.1), and any other information of Accenture, confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Supplier will ensure that its personnel, contractors and agents (collectively, “Personnel”) are aware of, and have committed to, confidentiality and legal obligations with respect to such information. Supplier will not make any reference to the Agreement, its terms, business information, or use Accenture’s name, logo or trademark in any public announcements, promotions or any other communication without Accenture’s prior written consent.
INTENT AND PURPOSE 1.01 The Employer and the Union each represents that the purpose and the intent of this Agreement is to promote cooperation and harmony, to recognize mutual interests, to formulate rules to govern the relationship between the Employer and the Union and to set forth herein the basic agreement covering rates of pay, hours of work and conditions of employment.
Public Purpose This IGA and the services contemplated herein are for the public welfare and benefit and are undertaken in accordance with the laws and Constitution of the State of Georgia. Without limiting the foregoing, the parties specifically and expressly warrant and represent, and do hereby find, that this IGA (i) pertains to the provision of services and activities which the Parties are by law authorized to undertake and provide; (ii) is otherwise authorized under the Intergovernmental Contracts Clause of the Georgia Constitution of 1983, Art. IX, Sec. III, Par. 1(a); (iii) does not authorize the creation of new debt" as contemplated by Ga. Const. of 1 983, Art. IX, Sec. V. Par. I(a); and
Information and Publicity 1. The LP undertakes to fulfil the information and publicity measures set out in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1303/2013, and in the information and publicity guidelines included the Implementation Manual, the Visual Identity Manual for projects and the Communication toolkit of the Danube Transnational Programme with the aim to promote the fact that financing is provided from the European Union Funds in the framework of the Danube Transnational Programme and to ensure the adequate promotion of the project.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS 1. In this Agreement words and expressions shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in the Conditions of Contract referred to.

Introduction and Purpose The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) and the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) mutually support the attainment of dual credit coursework for high school students. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) underscores the dedication of both agencies to improving the educational attainment of Kentucky citizens and reinforces the collaboration necessary to achieve this level of success. Improving the educational attainment of Kentucky citizens is key to ensuring the State’s long-term success. The State commits significant resources across the educational spectrum to develop and implement strategies to address this critical issue. Providing secondary students dual credit opportunities is a proven educational strategy with the capacity to complement and maximize the chances of success of our educational initiatives. Effective dual credit systems have impacts both at the secondary and postsecondary levels and provide the opportunity for collaboration. Participants are expected to know and follow current and future versions of Dual Credit Policies established by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education found at: xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/policies/dualcredit.html. Should policies change during the academic year, KCTCS may request support in meeting those changes outside the scope of this document.
