Induction Process. A. All interviewed applicants from within the College shall be notified by the Office of Human Resources or the immediate supervisor concerning the decision relating to his/her application prior to the publication of the name of the successful applicant. B. Any individual appointed to a vacant bargaining unit position shall make application for membership in the Union within thirty (30) calendar days (Article 6).
