Industrial Mechanics. 1. If sufficient Industrial Mechanics are not available to cover the overtime opportunities, two (2) "A" Industrial Mechanics will be assigned the responsibilities of three Packing lines which are in close proximity supported with an assigned help. 2. The assigned help will be responsible for loading cartons into the magazines, placing cases, filling glue pots, clearing jam-ups, line clean-up, etc. 3. This procedure will not be utilized to overcome a continuing shortage of Industrial Mechanics.
