Industrial Switching. It is agreed that when yard crews are not on duty and the Company is unable to call an extra yard to perform industrial switching due to a shortage of crews, the following shall apply: i. An on duty road crew who elects to perform the switching shall be paid at yard rates, on a minute basis, for all time so occupied with minimum of 3 hours, in addition to their terminal time. ii. Home terminal road crews shall be used to perform industrial switching at the home terminal, in preference to on-duty road crews assigned to another terminal. iii. A shortage shall not be deemed to exist until all calling procedures have failed to provide a yard crew.

Incidental Movement of cars Road crews required to move cars not pertaining to their train shall be paid at yard rates, on a minute basis, for all time so occupied with a minimum of hours, in addition to their terminal time. Road crews picking up or setting off their at the transfer yard in North Bay, shall be paid at yard rates, on a minute basis, for all time so occupied with a minimum of hours, in addition to their terminal time. “Conductor Only” crews who elect to perform service in accordance with this Article shall also be entitled to the premiums contained in Article in addition to these payments. The provisions of this Article shall supersede any other conflicting articles contained in Agreement No.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used.   • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.
