Industry Practices and Prudent Wind Industry Practices. The Supply Items and SCADA System shall be new and unused and shall be free from Defects and free from defects in title. The Services shall be performed in a competent, diligent manner in accordance with Prudent Wind Industry Practices, Supplier’s manufacturers’ written requirements and applicable Governmental Requirements.
