Genesys security and operational controls are based on Industry Standard practices and are certified to meet the guidelines of PCI, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. Nevertheless, Customer is solely responsible for achieving and maintaining any industry-specific certifications required for Customer’s business.
